First there's some things you should know about me. I'm 26 years old and I'm a mother. I'm married to a guy in the navy and I live with two roommates. I'm also bipolar; I just recently discovered this and maybe someday I'll tell you how I've been dealing. Life in an of itself I suppose is good, or at least it could be worse but really I only have the one life and therefore nothing else to judge it on. I'm a writer. That's not my only talent I suppose but when you're an artist, any kind really, you know that it's something that consumes you to your very soul. Writing is no longer what you do but it's who you are. I - am - a writer, it's everything that I am, it's everything that I do. I'm a spelling and grammar Natzi, though you may not be able to tell that from my poor comma placement and I have a terrible habit of correcting how others talk. It really is a bad habit, people don't like that. The reason I started this blog is for the same reason I started therapy, sometimes you just need to vent. You need to tell someone whose completely unbiased what's going on in your life and be able to retrieve from it a new perspective that you would not have had before. Who better to tell than a complete stranger? That's where you come in, everyday; I'm going to ramble about my life; my favorite shows, favorite music, what my roommates have done to piss me off or perhaps simply about a new book I'm reading. Every so often I might even tell you about the book I'm - writing - (@IDSChronicles) or even post a piece I wrote for the fun of it. Let's just say it might get a little crazy in here but if you up for it, it should prove to be a rather interesting ride. I'm told I have a unique view of the world, of people, of society and I have no qualms with spilling all my dirty secrets to you so stay tuned, it's going to be a fun ride.-- I hope to one day touch someone through my writing as some books have touched me. I want to mean something to someone even if it's only through my characters or only for a short while. Here I plan to talk about everything and maybe even help people with problems they have in their lives. Call me ambitious but if I can help even one person in my life through my writing then I call that a win. Feel free to repost my blogs and pass them along to your friends. It isn't much right now but maybe one day, just maybe I might say the one word that could change someone's life. One can only hope, right? --
