TVD REVIEW S03-E14

  S03-E14 Dangerous Liaisons

The most anticipated episode of the season is the Original Ball. Do we think it lived up to the hype? I did! Did anyone else LOVE that beginning? Rebekah is simply divine in everything she does. Skip to next scene and Elena is once again mixed up in a dirty no good delusional three-some with the Salvatore's where she's discussing how Elijah once again wishes to form an alliance. Of course Elena believes him, isn't she cute when she's trusting? Upon further conversation, Stefan and Damon toss back and forth the usual insults. Damon being Damon puts himself in charge, laying down the law about how Elena would be staying home and he would be the one to see what Momma Original, Esther, wants from her. Skip, the the Originals getting ready for the ball, What a handsome bunch and that Rebekah again, always with the quips, and Kol living up to his rep! I love it! Of course meanwhile, Elena is trying to convince Caroline to come along with her silly Elena as if the brothers won't find out. And Rebekah asks Matt, I swear that killed me! I mean 'C'mon on Elena, it's not all about you.' Skip to the ball, Kol with the slam on Damon, then the moment we've been waiting for Elena makes her grand entrance. The look on Damon's face was enough to melt any girls heart, Eh Stelena fans still believe only Stefan deserves to be with her? Then wow they both appear at her side and escort her in? Kinky! Skip to Caroline, did anyone actually believe she wouldn't wear the dress Klaus gave her? II didn't and she looked amazing! Then the look in Nik's eyes when she walked in, Priceless! That's the looks of falling in love ladies and gentlemen buckle up Klaroline is in full motion! So Finn found the groomer he's not so bad looking! And that dance! It kills me, the most beautiful display! But of course we couldn't get there until Damon once again showed off his manliness. And the song they chose I'm looking that up right away! Much more tensions and romances to come between Caroline and Klaus conversations and Stefan cutting in! And that exchange between Damon and Rebekah, if you didn't see the ending coming that might have been your first clue! I don't know about you but is anyone frightfully angry at the whole lot of them? Stefan and Elena with plotting against Damon, Stefan snapping his neck! Kol for trying to kill Matt even AFTER Bekah changed her mind about it! And Mother original for plotting against her kids, isn't witch craft that bit you in the butt before? Also, Finn how dare you take her side against your siblings and Elena for being so SELFISH! Damon LOVES you, he wants to keep you safe is that so difficult to understand? How dare you spit in his face! No wonder he sleeps with Rebekah in the end she's the only real person who hasn't betrayed him! And Matt alright I understand Kol tried to hurt you but as far as you know Bekah wasn't involved would it have killed you to let her down nicely. And I can't believe Elena didn't tell Elijah about the spell, but here's hoping at least one of them didn't drink the wine! I believe mother original might end up having quite a few tricks up her sleeve that we don't know about. Sigh. Back to Caroline and Klaus, I know there are plenty of people out there who would sooner die than to see these two together but I'm afraid Klaus will not be letting this go..And for a crazy murderer he's excellent at wooing. But after everything he's done, after everything she's been through and with what's going on with Tyler even I can't predict where things might go with these two but between you and me I'm dying to find out just how far Klaus is willing to go. Then Bex and Matt, How cute is he? And look at Bekah coming through with the conscious? There might be more to these vampires than what we might see! And now Damon's awake and angry does anyone blame and my heart broke when he uttered those three words we've all been dying to here and that selfish Elena sat on her high horse looking her nose down at him and dared to tell him that was his problem? I could have tore her head off right there! I would have gladly allowed Rebekah to bite her! The audacity! Oh and then she tries to take it back! I don't think so! Ironic indeed, the Salvatore's switching places! And then Damon coming to Matt's rescue and breaking Kol's neck! I would not have guessed he'd be stupid enough to throw and original off the balcony! And that look in his eyes as he walked off, to die for! And so now Damon has been snubbed, Rebekah gets snubbed and well even Elena gets snubbed.That talk between Elena and Stefan, so many Stelena hearts breaking all over the world! So what do they do? Well Elena probably goes up to her room and cries about it, meanwhile Rebekah and Damon they do what they do best, they get even in the hottest way possible! So that was this weeks up, leaving us all sweating and hungry for more! As usual.

S03-E13 Bringing Out The Dead


So here it is. My review of episode 13 'Bring Out Your Dead' it's 4am so bare with me I may end up rewriting this one in the morning. To be honest, I was a little disappointed in this one. I was expecting more fireworks. From the looks of the promos I figured there'd be fist flying left and right but to me it looked like a nice calm sit down dinner, all until the Originals got involved but that wasn't until the end. So lets start with Caroline, how awful did you feel that Care had to lose her daddy? And yet didn't feel at all bad about Bill biting it except now he can't help Tyler though at this point it's probably something Tyler will have to do alone. Needless to say seeing our fanged Care bear cry made me tear up just a little. Also, who else misses Matt while he's gone? I know I do, I feel horrible that he's the one normal thing in a town full of crazy but he always seems to show up at just the right time to either make matters worse or fix them, tonight he we there to fix them and I'm happy but it seems Klaus has other plans for Matty perhaps to take Elena off the Salvatore's hands for good. How go we feel about that ladies? Personally as much as it pains me to say this I think our resident psycho path has a point, the Salvatores may both love her but can they really give her what she needs? Elena has said it herself she wants a life and kids and she never wanted to be a vampire in the end Damon and Stefan can't give her anything. Sad truth it really is. Meanwhile, theres the dinner. To the naked eye this dinnere may look like a pair of brothers sitting down to a nice meal bonding over the past but we know the truth. That remark about Elena, priceless! Klaus though crazy three ways from sunday is simply sex on toast am I right! Even the way he says 'tear out your insides' just gives me the warm fuzzies and that laugh, I just die. If only Klaus could laugh like that every episode. The people of Mystic Falls is such a broodfest it's time we see them happy again. Sexiness aside brooding just isn't all it's cracked up to be. So this truce I assume it became a moot point with the rest of the family joined in on the conversation. Of course they knew they wouldn't kill Klaus with those daggers but I bet it felt good to stab him a few times. And Rebekah temper temper throwing glass around, I love it! That being said, the original brothers, are they not the sexiest bunch alive or undead rather? I mean how Rebekah must feel with all that hottness in tow. Seriously, Kol with the eyes and Elijah with the new flippy thing his hair does and give Finn a bath and he's right there with the rest pageanting for whose the hottest original! I wonder if we will all be Klaus lovers after getting a taste for these three boys. Now all of that being said, the siblings all got their licks in then Momma original the one thought to be dead, the look on Rebekah's face when she walked in I wanted to cry, poor Klaus was certain he was in for a good spanking, though I'm certain he'd have plenty of takers, that wasn't why Momma had come home. She wants them to be a family again, can you imagine Klaus with a balloon and one of those hats with the spinner on top as they all hold hands and skip through Disneyland where dreams come true and all things happy and light go to die. I can't, something tells me what Momma says isn't going to sit well with the others. Sibling rivalry and all that let's see if Mom can keep her children in check! Well this episode certainly got us ready for next week that's for sure. I simply can't wait for the party, the dance between Klaus and Caroline that everyone is all hyped up about, not to mention Damon throwing someone from the terrace. I'm just tickled with the possibilities. I also hear Damon might have a new love interest by the end of the season, personally I'm not all that happy about that particular tidbit of information, I had so hoped the TVD writers would at least give us a Delena moment or two before they tore away the illusion that Elena might actually be meant for someone other than Stefan. Guess we will all have to sit back, and enjoy the ride while we can because it may all come to an end sooner than we think. That's all for now sweethearts.
